But for those firmly in the “love it” camp, FairPrice Xtra’s all-you-can-eat durian extravaganza returns to mark yet another fruitful season of this iconic treat. If you are looking for places to use your new SG60 CDC vouchers, then you’re in luck! You can have your fill of delicious durians without worrying about paying for it out-of-pocket.

Held across two weekends – 25 to 27 July at JEM and 1 to 3 August at VivoCity – the hour-long buffet invites you to dive headfirst into a curated selection of fresh durians.

The spread includes familiar favourites like Red Prawn, D24 and D13, alongside premium picks such as Musang King, prized for its bittersweet, buttery richness, and Black Thorn, a rare cultivar known for its complex, pungent profile.

Enjoy durians without the heat or sticky mess – all in air-conditioned comfort, with fresh shipments brought in daily from Malaysia.

Each 60-minute session includes complimentary in-husk coconut water and 300 grams of mangosteens – the perfect palate cleanser to cut through the durian’s intensity.

Three ways to feast

Guests can choose from three buffet packages.

The Regular Buffet ($65 per person) features a carefully chosen selection of classic durians, including Red Prawn, D24, D13, and Kampung varieties.

For those looking to indulge in richer flavors, the Gold Buffet ($85 per person) adds prized varieties like Musang King and Black Thorn to the mix.

At $150 for two guests (U.P. $170), the Gold Twin Buffet grants full access to the premium spread – a welcoming option for friends or couples. The package is available exclusively via online booking.

To make the most out of the experience, you can even curate your own tasting journey – starting from milder picks and working up to rich varieties like Mao Shan Wang or Black Thorn.

Do note that seating is arranged according to ticket type, and all diners at the same table must hold the same tier. 

Buffet sessions run from 2pm to 9pm (starting from 3pm on Fridays), with bookings available both online and in-store.

In-store bookings and reservations allow customers to use CDC vouchers for redemption, or earn Linkpoints.
