There's no doubt that Singaporeans love free stuff, including phone applications. Unfortunately, not all free apps come with the best functions that we'll enjoy using in the long run.

If you really want to get the best apps, you're going to have to drop a dollar or two. Apple recently released a list of top apps Singaporean iOS users are downloading from the App store, with photography apps unsurprisingly taking up the top spots.
