Hurray, it’s a three day weekend for all of us and you know what that means, more fun, more activities! There’s really no excuse to stay home when you’ve got one extra day to recuperate. So don’t be lazy, put on your dancing shoes and indulge in an evening of salsa dancing before heading to a riverboat party and finally enjoying some larger-than-life sandcastles in Sentosa.

Ready? Let’s go.

Sunrise on the Bandwagon Riverboat

Partying on a riverboat? Count us in. After a successful first edition with over 400 party-goers, Sunrise on the Bandwagon Riverboat is back in action on Sept 1, 2017. Teaming up with The Council, the night will be filled with a stellar line-up of local and international DJs that will party with you all night on the Mississippi Riverboat.

The decks are split into three, with each featuring different DJs such as techno and house mavens Troja, Jonathan Kusumu and many more. Whenever you’re hungry, there will be Mexican food by Santa Fe Tex-Mex Grill offered all night. Be warned, you need to get there early because the party is going to be jam-packed. Tickets at the door are going at $55.

Intricately-carved, these sand sculptures will spread over 2,400 square metres of exhibition space on Siloso Beach. So grab your beach towel and head on town to Sentosa.

The much talked-about Yayoi Kusama exhibition is closing and we are definitely not happy about it. But all good things come to an end. In light of that, National Gallery Singapore is teaming up with Gallery & Co to put together a closing ceremony – The Final Dot.

Starting at 8pm sharp, you’d be able to dance in silence within the polka-dotted exhibition ground. Hosted by Silent Disco Asia, this will be your final chance to immerse yourself in the eccentric yet beautiful world of Yayoi Kusama’s. Get your tickets here.
