Not for the faint hearted

Can you believe it, we're almost nearing the end of the year. And while we're patiently waiting for Christmas to come, there's another occasion that's got us at the edge of our seats. Yes, we're talking about the annual Halloween fest in October. And of course, what better way to celebrate Halloween than with the annual Halloween Horror Nights event hosted by Resorts World Sentosa.
Back for its 10th edition, this year's Halloween Horror Nights is back this September, of which you can expect frightfully new experiences in store across 19 event nights. The event, held from 30 September to 5 November, will see the addition of three haunted houses, two scare zones, a laser-tag challenge, macabre dining and the Monsters & Manifestations experience.
Think you can fight your fears and handle what's to come this year? Read on to find out more about what you can expect at this year's horror fest.
Unlike previous years, this year's Halloween Horror Nights will see the inclusion of three original haunted houses in the lineup. These haunted houses include:
Killustrator: The Final Chapter
The Killustrator: The Final Chapter haunted house pays tribute to some of the scariest moments across the past nine editions of HHN. Here, guests will be treated to an exhilarating experience as they step into the mind of the demented artist that's determined to bring to life each of his favourite moments from the previous events.
Operation: Dead Force
Think you can survive a zombie apocalypse? Over at this haunted house, guests will be invited to be part of a special force of mutant zombies to fight other zombies.
Hospitality of Horror
The old mansion, once inhabited by Southeast Asia’s then-richest tycoon and his favourite wife, is finally restored. Guests are invited to go on a staycation in this luxurious abode but little do they know that the mansion also has a few dark secrets of its own.
No Halloween Horror Night is complete without the scare zones. And this year, the event will see the return of not one but two scare zones for guests to experience.
The Dark Zodiac
The first zone to check out is The Dark Zodiac. Here, Astrology takes a twisted turn as the 12 Dark Zodiacs are primed by the fabled Horrorcle to harness the power of their supreme leader, the 13th Zodiac.
The Hunt for Pontianak
Last, but not least, this scare zone is guaranteed to send chills down your spine. As its name suggests, you can expect ghastly sightings over at this zone where you'll have to face your fears with Southeast Asia’s most vicious spirit, the Pontianak.
Experience a Laser-Tag Challenge
"Escape the Breakout" is an all-new live-action experience that transports families to a maximum-security prison filled with the world’s deadliest criminals. Guests will go on a challenging mission in teams of five to escape the clutches of their captors, travelling through an immersive prison set that requires them to solve twisted puzzles to escape the clutches of the blood-thirsty villains by using their wits, teamwork and unique skills.
The laser tag experience comes with an add-on price of $38
Die-ning with the Dead
Pull up a chair and feast on the terrifyingly delicious Die-ning with the Dead. This one-of-a-kind dining experience is an eerie journey from repast to resurrection, where diners will be transported to the other realm by the Spirit Medium and his creepy Henchmen, in search of the fabled MissFortune — where your taste buds will be fully terrorised before your eyes are treated to a ghastly apparition.
The dining experience at KT’s Grill comes with an add-on price of $105
Monsters & Manifestations
Those raring to take a peek behind the thrills can go for the Monsters & Manifestations experience. Here, guests will go on a tour hosted by The Keeper, where they can witness the magic behind various technical and sensorial effects, snap some truly ghastly photos, as well as enjoy a spooky performance.
The Monsters & Manifestations experience comes with an add-on price of $38
The Halloween Horror Nights event will run across 19 event nights (13 peak nights + 6 non-peak nights) from 30 September to 5 November.
Regular tickets are available at $78 for peak nights and $68 for non-peak nights per guest. The Frights for Four bundle deal of 4 tickets is available at $388 for peak nights and $338 for non-peak nights. The bundle comes with perks including early entry to the park at 5pm and a Halloween Horror Nights set meal.
For an even more exclusive experience, sign up for the R.I.P. Tour, which includes Halloween Horror Nights Express Unlimited for haunted houses and rides, Die-ning with the Dead and Monsters & Manifestations. The tour is available on both peak and non-peak nights at $288 per guest. Guests can also enjoy many of the theme park’s exciting rides and attractions during event nights.
