Housed within a beautifully restored 1920s heritage warehouse along the Singapore River, Jiak Kim House celebrates Singapore’s multicultural roots through a menu that brings together Southeast Asian flavours with modern Western techniques. The elegant space pays tribute to the building’s rich history while offering a fresh take on contemporary Asian dining.

The menu is filled with inventive dishes that reinterpret familiar flavours, from the Mushroom Herbal Tea “Macchiato”, a playful deconstructed version of bak kut teh served with crispy yu tiao, to hearty mains like the Kam Heong Sambal Grouper wrapped in banana leaves and the flavourful Herbal Seafood Pao Fan packed with fresh seafood and deep dashi notes.
