42BELOW – Honey Shamble

Treat your guests (or any lost wandering souls) to this gory concoction made from honey and black raspberry liquer.

Don’t be fooled by the innocent-sounding name; this is a deadly concoction which will jolt your taste buds with its sweet and sour taste.

To make your own Honey Shamble you’ll need:

– 45 mls (1 ½ oz) 42BELOW honey
– 10 mls (1/3) framboise or black raspberry liqueur
– Dash of gomme or simple syrup
– Squeeze of fresh lemon
– 4 blackberries
– Blackberry to garnish

Instructions:
In a mixing glass, muddle the berries with the gomme, and add 42BELOW honey, juice and framboise. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a chubby little blackberry.
