From 8pm to 2am, the iconic Art Deco bar transforms into a decadent dollhouse filled with champagne, world-class cocktails and a few eerie surprises. Guest bartenders from Hong Kong and beyond, including Beckaly Franks and J. Frank of ARTIFACT, Chloe Natterer of Call Me Al, and Ezra Star of Mostly Harmless, will be behind the bar shaking up potions well past midnight, while DJs keep the dance floor alive. Of course, don’t forget to come dressed to kill as there will be prizes for the best dressed ensemble.
CÉ LA VI - Cirque Le Soir Halloween Party and Yelloween Brunch (31 October to 1 November)
CÉ LA VI is throwing not one, but two Halloween affairs high above the city, starting with the return of London’s infamous Cirque Le Soir on 31 October. Think fire-breathers, contortionists and dancers bringing a dose of theatrical chaos to the Club Lounge from 10pm till late, with entry from $48 including a drink.
The next morning, the party shifts from dark to dazzling with Yelloween—Veuve Clicquot’s champagne-soaked Halloween brunch. Running from 11.30am to 3pm on 1 November, the East Meets Extra Brunch serves free-flow bubbles, modern Asian plates, tarot readings, and party games.
temper. - Heaven & Hell (31 October)
Temper. is making its grand entrance with a Halloween twist—its official launch party, Heaven & Hell, takes place on 31 October from 9.30pm to 12.30am. Expect free entry, themed cocktails, curated bar bites and bottle packages (think Grey Goose or Codigo 1530 Blanco at $438++). Come dressed in your Halloween best and you’ll score a complimentary house shot. The best-dressed duo also stands a chance to win a bottle of Grey Goose Altius or Louis Brochet Cuvée Rosé Millésime 2019.
Aniba - Halloween Revelry (1 November)
Aniba is summoning the spirits this 1 November with a Halloween Revelry in partnership with Hendrick’s and Monkey Shoulder. Expect three exclusive themed cocktails, cheeky chef’s specials and a DJ-fuelled party that keeps the energy high and the mystery higher. Come dressed to impress—or to haunt—as the best costumes of the night will be rewarded.
SAMBAROOM - The Annual Redrum Party at SAMBAROOM (31 October)
Sambaroom’s cult-favourite REDRUM party returns on 31 October, turning its mezzanine lounge into a chilling homage to The Shining. From 8pm till late, expect eerie cocktails, pulsing beats, live DJs and cinematic horror touches lurking in every corner—plus signature REDRUM drinks crafted just for the night.
SUSHISAMBA - Halloween Brunch at SUSHISAMBA (1 November)
On 1 November, the celebration moves to SUSHISAMBA for a Halloween Brunch with sky-high views, robata-grilled plates, fresh sushi, a sinisterly sweet dessert spread, samba dancers, DJ sets and free-flowing pours. Sinful, stylish and just the right amount of spooky.
OverEasy - Extraterrestrial Party (1 November)
OverEasy is going intergalactic this Halloween with an Extraterrestrial Party on 1 November, from 8pm to 1am. Set against the Marina Bay skyline, the diner transforms into a cosmic playground where neon, silver and alien chic reign supreme. Guests are encouraged to go full out-of-this-world with their costumes—there are prizes for the best dressed, including a staycation at Alma House and dinner for four at OverEasy. Entry is free, vibes are stellar, and the dance floor is ready for takeoff.
Mondrian Singapore Duxton’s Yelloween (31 October to 1 November)
Mondrian Singapore Duxton is going full glam this Halloween with a double-dose of Yelloween. On 31 October, Jungle Ballroom transforms into a golden jungle—think champagne-fuelled chaos, live DJ sets, face painting and Veuve Clicquot bottles popping all night from $250. Dress up and you might just walk away with a Magnum of Veuve for Best Dressed.
But that’s not all. The celebration rolls into 1 November at Bottega di Carna with the Yelloween Drag Brunch—an unapologetically fabulous affair with free-flow champagne, dramatic drag performances by CatchUsMove, and an Asian-fusion feast made for indulgence.
Museum of Ice Cream’s Halloween (17 to 31 October)
Looking for a new spine-chilling experience this Halloween? The Museum of Ice Cream is serving chills with a side of sprinkles from 17 to 31 October 2025. Here, the space transforms into a pastel-hued haunted house, where skeletons, jack-o’-lanterns and cheeky ghosts lurk between unlimited scoops of ice cream. Guests can sample up to 19 flavours—from Denzy Gelato to Ben & Jerry’s—plus seasonal treats and candy surprises at five themed trick-or-treat stations (add-on at $5), if they’re brave enough to complete playful dares along the way. Costumes are highly encouraged—dress to thrill and you could win a year-long supply of sweet memories with an MOIC annual membership.
Lime Restaurant - SubLIME Halloween (24 October to 2 November)
Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering is turning Halloween into a feast of fright and flavour with its SubLIME Halloween buffet, running from 24 October to 2 November 2025. Expect a spine-tingling spread of crispy porchetta, Iberico pork ribs, lamb kebabs and wagyu everything—from sliders to Sichuan pulled wagyu pizza and even Graveyard Wagyu Meatballs. Dessert gets a deliciously dark twist too, with a Bloody Chocolate Fountain ready for dipping. And because tricks are just as fun as treats, diners stand a chance to win a staycation for two in an Urban Deluxe Room.
National Gallery Singapore - Back-of-House Guided Tour: “Former Supreme Court: Unseen, Unheard” (10 October to 2 November)
National Gallery Singapore is opening doors to its darker past with a special after-hours edition of its Back-of-House Guided Tour: Former Supreme Court: Unseen, Unheard. Brave guests will venture into hidden chambers and long-forgotten corners of the former courthouse, uncovering stories most would rather leave buried. For those who prefer treats over thrills, the Gallery is also hosting a Trick-or-Treat Family Fun afternoon—complete with costumes, crafts and candy—for little ones and their grown-ups.
HighHouse & NOVA: Horrors Of The Internet (31 October to 1 November)
If your search history could haunt you, it would look exactly like HighHouse and NOVA’s Horrors of the Internet — a two-night party on 31 October and 1 November from 11pm, where viral memes, cringe confessions and Hinge red flags come to life in full HD. Levels 62 and 63 morph into a digital fever dream with glitch projections, roaming meme characters, TikTok sounds on loop and photo-ready zones like the Search History Booth (show yours for a free shot) and the Hinge Red Flag Wall. Costumes get you complimentary entry, and if your look is as iconic as your browser history, you could walk away with the Best Dressed prize: a $1,000 HighHouse/NOVA voucher, a VIP cabana at NOVA, 10 guestlists and a bottle of Don Julio 1942.
