LEMONGRASS RICOTTA PANCAKES

Pancakes are my favourite brunch food, and I usually go for the berry ricotta-flavoured ones. I was surprised to see fluffy pancakes with an Asian twist with lemongrass used, though the ricotta flavour came on stronger. The sourness of the berries and strawberry jam offsets the sweet maple syrup.”
