Saint Pierre x Shoukouwa

Two Michelin-starred Saint Pierre (think contemporary French fine dining) joins hands with fellow two-starred Japanese restaurant Shoukouwa to present an exclusive Mother’s Day bento box.

The five-course menu is priced at $180++, and comprises five delectable courses on top of a celebratory chocolate cake and selection of petits fours.

The meal starts with the Royal Belgian Oscietra Caviar with bonito and cream; a Saint Pierre creation, Carabinero Prawn with Japanese spring vegetables and oba, and Abalone with awabi, ikura and soy; both by Shoukouwa.

Saint Pierre takes over for the mains - indulge in Western Australia Marron with Pertuis white asparagus and dulse, and Omi Beef with leek and beetroot.

To elevate your Mother’s Day meal, top-up $55++ to enjoy a bottle of Duval-Leroy Champagne Brut NV.
