ATLAS introduces its latest cocktail menu, 'Preservation of Fire,' crafted by Head Bartender Yana and the talented team. Divided into four chapters—Carbonation, Temperature, Washing, and Infusion—it celebrates the evolution of bartending techniques. Notable drinks include the gin-based Priestley's Company and the effervescent Jubilee Royale from the Carbonation chapter. The Temperature chapter features the Silver Bullet, a refreshing take on the Vesper Martini, and Lombardi’s, a savoury concoction with pisco and culinary notes. Washing showcases the butter-washed bourbon Old Fashioned Electric Club and the floral Enfleurage. The Infusion chapter, on the other hand, highlights the non-alcoholic Age of Discovery, that's made with a raspberry-infused Italian soda, passionfruit vanilla syrup and Seedlip Spice. The menu is also set to feature all the ATLAS favourites, from the ATLAS Martini to the ATLAS French 75, and guests can create their own Gin & Tonic from the
unrivalled ATLAS gin collection using an illustrative ‘wheel’ pairing flavour notes with the perfect tonic.

Jigger & Pony is celebrating its 12th anniversary with the launch of its new cocktail menu, titled SMASH. Featuring over 20 cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails and punch bowls, the sixth edition of its menuzine explores the boundaries and definitions of the word “smash'', beyond its most common interpretation of breaking up after a great impact. Here, SMASH showcases bold flavours and impeccable craftsmanship across various chapters including categories like Anytime, Any Day, More Than Once and Basic Wants, giving you the opportunity to explore, discover, and smash things up the way you like them. Highlights include the Lycheetini, a tropical twist on the classic martini, and the elegantly redesigned Spicy Margarita. For those who prefer something a little more sweet and indulgent, consider trying the Jigger & Pony's Smashing Sundae, a milk punch that's made with a blend of gin, vodka, and vanilla ice cream. The menu also pays homage to classics like the Champagne Ramos Fizz and the Negroni, offering innovative twists on beloved classics. On top of that, there are also non-alcoholic options like the Pear & Hops and the Apple & Cedar if you prefer something a little more refreshing.

While the name of the menu might catch a few off guard, Studio 1939's new menu is one that's sure to tickle your palates. Titled STFU, the menu stands for Spice, Tea, Fruit, Umami, and is inspired by your favourite local flavours and childhood memories. The brainchild of Head Bartender Daniel Fong and Operation Manager Kavish Hurrydoss, the menu sees 12 new cocktails, half of which are available in non-alcoholic versions. Some of the drinks that piqued our interest include the Curry On, which is made with a tropical and aromatic blend of Arak, pandan, coconut, calamansi and Jaffna Curry. While you may think that it would taste a little spicy, this concoction surprisingly offers a palatable experience, boasting a distinct flavour profile that balances savoury and sour notes with ease. Other unique options include the Basiline Junkie which boasts a taste that's reminiscent of a margherita pizza, and Counting Flowers, which is perfect if you like something on the sweeter. Besides that, the menu also features the Your Song option for personalised concoctions.
