Over the Mother’s Day weekend, Pullman Singapore Orchard’s modern Asian concept Eden Restaurant has dreamt up a special menu for families celebrating the special lady in their lives. The Mother’s Day 3-course Communal Feast ($78++ per person), is designed for sharing, with stars like Bao Buns, filled with delights such as Shrimp Paste Chicken with pineapple slaw and sambal aioli. There are also Surf & Turf Platters elevated with traditional Asian flavour profiles, from Black Angus Fillet Mignon to Crispy Shrimp Paste Chicken, Pan-Fried Black Cod and Tangy Coconut River Prawns. And for the occasion, there’ll be a specially crafted Mother’s Day cake.

If your family prefers a quiet celebration away from the hustle of the city, consider steakhouse Fat Belly (FBG) located within Serene Centre near the Botanic Gardens.

The three-course Mother’s Day menu kicks off with Griddled Sourdough with Whipped Salted Kelp Butter, before diving into Grana Padano Crusted Japanese Scallops. For mains, there’s a choice of the luxurious Mayura Station Wagyu Beef Tri-Tip or the succulent Grilled Iberico Secreto. And for the perfect finish — Basque Burnt Cheesecake Crepe filled with creamy cheesecake parfait and Chantilly cream, and drizzled with a light Earl Grey caramel sauce.

Modern European restaurant Imbue, best known for its inventive use of Asian ingredients and flavours, is presenting an exclusive menu for mums. Choose from the Infuse (5-course) menu available for both lunch and dinner for $158++, or the Simmer (8-course) dinner menu priced at $198++.

An ode to the superwomen in our lives, modern Indian restaurant Firangi Superstar is rolling out a one-day-only ‘Supermum Superstar’ brunch menu.

The affair starts with snacks for sharing, with options like Aloo Bharta, Spiced Foie Gras Mousse and a Mushroom Tart. Then, a choice of a small plate each, with dishes like Iberico Pork & Duck Seekh, Avocado Kulcha, and Blue Swimmer Crab Cutlet.

The four-course sharing menu (min. four persons) has options such as Poached Veal Loin, Spaghetti ‘Monograno Felicetti’, Cacio & Pepe, and 30-Days Dry Aged T-Bone Fiorentina Steak. Helmed by husband-and-wife duo, chefs Daniel and Tamara Chavez, Canchita Peruvian Cuisine is serving up a series of exclusive seafood dishes just for Mother’s Day.

Kick off your meal with the Mother’s Day Ceviche, which sees marinated Boston lobster and Japanese hamachi in smoked Tiger’s Milk, canchita corn, and chalaquita ($38++), or the Conchas al pisco, grilled scallops on the shell with Peruvian yellow chilli, pisco butter, crisp garlic and Peruvian uni ($38++ for four pieces).

Also specially curated for the occasion is the Enchiladas de Mole, a hearty concoction of corn tortilla wrapping chicken, pork chistorra sausage and Mexican mole sauce ($36++ for three pieces).

If hearty Italian flavours are what she craves, Amo is offering a special four-course sharing menu on May 12. Pick from offerings such as Ocean Trout Tartare, Pizza Calabrese, Spaghetti Chitara with Hokkaido scallops, and Trofie Pasta with beef shank. And for mains, there’s a choice of Boston lobster, tiger prawn and Sardinian mussels caccuicco (a seafood stew) or the Roasted French Poulet with black truffle jus.

The meal ends with either the Amo Tiramisu or the Ricotta Castagnoles with orange custard.

In addition, Amo has collaborated with Pablo Blau Spa to give out an exclusive voucher set, limited to 80 sets.
