2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp hot water

What You Need:
1 tsp matcha powder
1 egg white
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup water
Milk
Ice
How To Do It:
1. Beat the egg white until it becomes frothy then fluffy. You can use an electric mixer to achieve this faster.
2. Combine the water and white sugar and put on low heat. Let the syrup simmer for 5 minutes without stirring.
3. Slowly drizzle the syrup into the beaten egg white while mixing until the mixture turns fluffy and glossy.
4. Add the matcha powder into the mixture until blended and smooth.
5. Pour your matcha mixture into a glass of milk and ice.
6. Enjoy your Dalgona Matcha!
