Tipsy Flamingo has recently introduced a fresh menu infused with beloved Spanish flavours, featuring dishes like the Gambas Al Ajillo, classic Paella De Marisco, and the succulent grilled Cerdo Secreto. On top of that, the restaurant will also be hosting its very own Champagne Brunch on the last Sunday of each month from 12pm to 3pm. Guests can expect unlimited pours of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, accompanied by enticing cheese platters, a DIY Caesar Salad station, and an assortment of irresistible desserts.

The Tropical Sunday Brunch by 15 Stamford is simply one that's not to be missed. As part of its weekly lineup on Sundays, you can expect to find a wide variety of live stations serving modern Asian classics and mouth-watering grilled meats and seafood. A treat for both the eyes and palate, we have to admit that the cold seafood section at the buffet has one of the best spreads we've seen so far.

Think – freshly caught baby lobsters, tiger prawns, blue mussels, little neck clams and season oysters. Of course, meat lovers will be treated to a buffet of succulent meats cooked to perfection, of which you can choose from the restaurant's Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender, Pork Belly Char Siew, and Angus Beef Ribeye freshly carved from the grill, alongside spit-roasted Red Snapper, Gammon Ham, and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg. To satisfy your sweet tooth, be sure to swing by the dessert section where you'll find Chocolate Fudge, Thai Coconut, Chocolate Fondue with roasted almonds, Valrhona chocolate balls, Yuzu Meringue, Matcha Financier, Lemon Purple Velvet Mousse Cake, Pandan Fudge Cake, and Peranakan Kueh.

Of course, to make the brunch extra boozy, you'll also get to enjoy bottomless pours of your favourite champagne including Telmont's Réserve Brut, or Réserve Rosé. Alternatively, you can opt for their delicious cocktails made by the talented bartenders from The Bar at 15 Stamford.

Exclusively available every first Saturday of the month, you'll be able to dine in style alongside a live performance from Eugenia Fernandez and Pianist Chris Robinson.

The 5-course brunch begins with a luxurious platter of seafood on ice with Alaskan King Crab Leg, and Fresh Oyster before moving onto a choice of starters with highlights including Crab Cake, Tuna Tartare and Calamari.
