Porridge and claypot dishes? Sounds like a cosy gameplan to us. You can't go wrong with the dried scallop porridge, porridge with fish maw and abalone, or claypot rice with pork ribs in black bean sauce; they also do zi char, such as deep-fried pumpkin in salted egg yolk sauce, housemade beancurd with chye poh, and stir-fried frogs with dried chilli. Someone pass us a napkin, we’re drooling.
