DARK CHOCOLATE AND AVOCADO MOUSSE
Recipe by Chef Dennis of The Garden, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa
Make 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
For the mousse:
500g avocado, cubed
1 tbsp honey
10g dutch-processed cocoa powder
30ml milk
1/2 cup mixed berries
2 tsp sliced almonds or pine nuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all the mousse ingredients together till evenly mixed.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Garnish with mixed berries and nuts before serving.
