RECIPE: Make grilled bacon-wrapped bananas

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS 

8 bananas 
4 strips of bacon 

 

DIRECTIONS

1 Cut each banana into 4 pieces. 
2 Roll half a bacon strip around each piece. Push a dampened satay stick through 3 to 4 pieces. 
3 Bake in an oven preheated to 190 deg C for 12min, turning over halfway.
