As the first wine producer to introduce Braille on its labels in 1994, Maison M. Chapoutier has not only received acclaim for that distinctive idea, but has also earned awards and accolades for it’s top-quality Hermitage wines.

Come September 21, Saint Pierre invites you to spend an exciting culinary evening with Stephane Barlerin, Chapoutier’s distinguished export director, as he takes you through a selection of stunning wines from the famed Rhone region in France.

For $168++, you can experience the exquisite tastes of the Maison M. Chapoutier wines as they are designedly paired with the seven-course dinner menu specially-concocted by Saint Pierre owner, Chef Emmanuel Stroobant.

Whether you’re a wine aficionado or simply a lover of good food, you will appreciate dishes like oysters, sea urchin and ginger-bacon crusted king scallop paired with the Crozes-Hermitage Petite Ruche 2010 Blanc, or grilled striped bass, wagyu oxtail and hiyamugi noodles paired with the Crozes-Ermitage Les Varoniers 2008 Rouge.
