Taking centre stage this year at The Fullerton Cake Boutique are the inspired Yule Logs with delicious local flavours.
The Ondeh Ondeh Lamington Yule Log presents the well-loved trinity of flavours of gula melaka mousse and coconut crème with shredded coconut layered between pandan chiffon sponge cake.
Another unique creation: Strawberry Lychee Bandung Yule Log – an elegant twist on the local beverage, bandung. The raspberry chiffon sponge cake is delightfully paired with delicate lychee mousse and strawberry jelly infused with rose essence.

For a punchy tropical indulgence, the Tropical Swing Yule Log takes the lead with its tangy mango pineapple compote jelly, mango passion mousse and vanilla chiffon sponge.

Chocolate lovers will appreciate the signature Fullerton Black Forest Yule Log with its luscious Valrhona Guanaja mousse, morello cherry compote and dark chocolate ganache with chocolate sponge.

Take your pick from the Classic Fullerton Heritage Panettone, Nanyang Mango Passion Chocolate Panettone, and the hybrid Nanyang Cruffintone.
The latter reinterprets the panettone with dried fruits and shredded coconut, mixed and folded to resemble a cruffin when baked.
All three are also available in mini versions – Panettoncino and Cruffintoncino.
Roast in New Flavours

The new Turkey Penyet is an adventurous yet delicious take on the all-time favourite Ayam Penyet dish. An East Javanese cuisine, Penyet is deep fried and “smashed” to make the meat softer, and this turkey is available boneless as well as whole.
It’s served with all the Ayam Penyet requisites: fragrant turmeric rice, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, crackers, cabbage, tahu and tempeh with sambal terasi.

Not to be missed is the Impossible Meat Wellington, featuring a hearty mound of plant-based meat encased in delightfully crisp golden puff pastry, served with Brussels sprouts, roasted potato medley and wild mushroom cream sauce.
