Is there anything more indulgent than a bubbly Sunday brunch? The luxurious gourmet fare, the endless amounts of bubbly, beer and wine, and the fancy atmosphere — all these make the meal fit for royalty.

If you have a stressful week ahead and are looking to take Sunday off to relax, a champagne brunch is the best way to alleviate your dread. But if you think they’re all going to cost you a pretty penny, you’re wrong. There are plenty of options that are affordable — yet still giving you a gastronomic experience of a lifetime. Check out our list below for your next booking.

Psst, all offerings below include an ‘all you can eat’ and ‘all you can drink’ policy for their brunches. It’s go big and then go home (to nap, we assume).

1. Don Quijote

Located at Dempsey Hill, Don Quijote’s indulgent brunch offering serves up a plethora of tapas dishes along with copious amounts of alcohol. Pick from the special weekend tapas menu that includes these delights: Chicken wings in garlic-and-chilli sauce, croquettes with cured Spanish ham, asparagus rolled in bacon, and crab, scallop and avocado made into a dip.

There are 25 different dishes and you can try them all, as much as you wish. To wash them all down, you can opt to stay in the Spanish theme by sipping on Sangria, or pay a fraction more and try their special Sangria de Cava. Yes, it’s bubbly Sangria. And yes, it’s delicious.

Of course it wouldn’t be Italian without cold antipasti appetisers such as baby octopus salad and parma ham, along with charcoal grill selections such as sirloin, sea bass fillet and smoked duck breast. Sweet desserts are available too, such as dark chocolate mousse, lemon meringue and of course, panna cotta.
