#2 Saint Pierre’s Hannibal Lector’s Halloween Dinner
What: The restaurant will be transformed into Hannibal Lector’s dining room. Coupled with dishes resembling human body parts with disturbingly suggestive names, this nine course meal is not for the faint hearted. Main courses include dishes like frog legs cooked in hazelnut butter and made to look like severed fingers, mysterious packages of meat and a concoction of lobster, sea urchin and wagyu beef.

#3 Brussels Sprouts’ Halloween menu
What: Choose from a selection of over 120 Belgian beers, complemented with Hook’s Other Hand – a grilled chicken drumstick spiced with garlic, ginger, beetroot dust and soy. Witch’s Brew won’t be what you expect, a drink of mussels, chicken, green curry and lime will both enrapture and leave you wanting for more. For dessert we have Evil Queen’s Poisoned Apple, which is baked with caramelized nuts and marshmallows and served with popcorn ice cream.

#4 A Spooktacular Halloween at Caffé B
What: Caffe B’s four gory Halloween inspired drinks, accompanied with finger food and candy, against the backdrop of Marina Bay Sands. Imagine sipping fiery cocktails of Patron XO, Bacardi and grapefruit juice titled Flaming Flesh, or its sweeter counterpart The Eye, filled with the goodness of cranberry juice; and Creme de Cassis, made to look like a large pupil.

#5 Tony Rama’s Monster Pizza Challenge
What: Challenge yourself to Tony Rama’s Monster Pizza, a massive 18 inch cheese covered Hulk of a bread. Standalone challengers eat for free when they chow through the Monster within 25 minutes. Bring a buddy and do it in half the time! Every diner who completes the challenge will have their picture up on the Wall of Victors, on top of new t-shirts and dining vouchers.
A word of warning though, Pizza Monsters are not to be trifled with.
