Calling all Little Monsters. Put your paws up for a slew of food and drink discounts and deals coming your way, launched in conjunction with American pop star Lady Gaga’s upcoming concerts on May 18, 19, 21 and 24 at the National Stadium, her only stop in Asia.

Similarly, in March 2024, eateries and bars had dished out special offers in line with American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour shows here.

Now, cue the Mayhem for all concert ticket holders.

You do not need A Million Reasons to head to Lau Pa Sat food centre, which has kicked off its Hawker Mayhem theme. Running till May 31, it features photo spots and Gaga-inspired bites at selected stalls.

Or Just Dance over to Gotti Italiano in Amoy Street and Burma Social in Tras Street, where both restaurants are offering 10 per cent off your total bill from May 19 to 25.

Struggling with a Bad Romance? Drinks perks include an all-day happy hour deal (5 to 8pm) at Ka-EN Grill & Sushi Bar at the Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski hotel, and one-for-one all-day cocktails at Kiwami Ramen & Gyoza Bar at Jewel Changi Airport. Both offers run from May 15 to 26.

Durian lovers can cash in too. Goodwood Park Hotel is offering a 25 per cent discount on selected Durian Fiesta items for concertgoers till May 25. The hotel’s booth at the atrium fair is also offering the same discount for selected thorny treats till May 20.

If you are looking to score some free food, go to Boeuf Steakhouse in Telok Ayer for a complimentary Basque cheesecake, available from May 18 to 31.

Another two-week-long promotion runs from May 14 to 28 at Cheflam’s Sichuan Cuisine at Guoco Tower. Ticket holders can get a free dessert – either coconut bird’s nest and peach gum or five-colour rice wine tang yuan – and 10 per cent shaved off the total bill.

Here are some value-for-money deals worthy of Mother Monster’s Applause.

What: Put on your best Poker Face at these photo spots in Lau Pa Sat – a life-size Monster Paw sculpture and a multi-hued psychedelic LED light installation modelled after the food centre’s iconic octagonal layout.

Then grab some Gaga-inspired bites, including Munchi Pancakes’ pink-hued “Little Monsters” box of six mini min jiang kueh Munchis ($6) and Butter & Cream bakery’s raspberry Doffins (doughnut-shaped muffins).

The latter’s two flavours are Poker Face Doffin ($3.60), with cream custard and macadamia nut topped with either a heart or spade chocolate disc; and Just Dance Berries Doffin ($3.80), with chocolate cream, cranberry, orange peel and strawberry.

Pair these snacks with drinks stall Kopi Kiosk’s new Sour Candy Kumquat beverage (from $1.90), a nod to Sour Candy, the title of Lady Gaga’s 2020 song collaboration with South Korean girl group Blackpink.

Finally, complete the experience at retail store Food Folks, which sells Gaga-inspired temporary tattoos, face gems and LED glowing glasses alongside themed sour candy.

For those unable to attend the concerts or coping with post-concert blues, attend the sing-along session on May 24, 7.30 to 9.30pm. A live band from entertainment company Merry Bees will play a setlist of 10 of Lady Gaga’s best hits and more.
