To kickstart this year’s festivities, Amber Lounge will host a prestigious Charity Gala Dinner with Sir Jackie Stewart OBE and friends from the F1 racing community at the Raffles Singapore. To be held on Thursday, 19th September, the glamorous event supports Race Against Dementia — a global charity launched by the former world champion racing legend in 2014 and supported by Formula 1 to raise awareness of and funds for dementia research. “When Helen, my wife of over 60 years, was diagnosed with dementia, I learned that nothing could be done,” shares Sir Jackie. “There is no cure and no real treatment available. I am determined to change this in my lifetime.”

For the afterparty, Amber Lounge will return to Singapore’s high-octane Grand Prix weekend on the 21st and 22nd September, with special celebrations this year to commemorate its 20th anniversary.
