6. Artbox Singapore

If you love shopping lesser-known and up-and-coming brands, don’t miss Artbox Singapore, ready for its second year. While experience from last year taught us that the crowds might be a little next level, the goodies you’re likely to find might just outweigh the hassle. Expect artisans from around Asia to be showcasing at the event, making it a great place to pick up a few presents for other people (and for yourself of course). The event will run over two weekends, so hopefully the second one taking place on 1-3J une is a bit quieter. Photo credit: AsiaOne

Another One Direction-er will be heading to town this June when Niall Horan follows in Harry Styles’ footsteps for a performance here at The Star Theatre. Singapore is the first Southeast ASian stop on the band TWICE’s tour right after their three-day concert in Korea. Performing at the Indoor Stadium for their second concert in Singapore, expect lots of visual effects of high production value from the 9-woman girl group.
