The series stars Song Ha Yoon who takes on the role of Seo Ji-seong who's a programmer on the A.I. Development Team. While working on a refrigerator, she accidentally inserts a chip belonging to the National Intelligence Service. Instead of the program rating the freshness of her vegetables, it sorts out the undesirable people from the dating pool. However, it takes an unexpected turn when her fiancé isn't who she thought he was. As the plot develops, she then meets Jung Kook Hee which stars U-KISS' Lee Jun Young, who plays the role of a firefighter. In this case, Jung Kook Hee has no social media presence, leaving Seo Ji Sung with little data to analyse.

Now if you've already watched the show, you might wonder if the cast would actually rely on such a machine if they existed in real life. Well, you're in luck. Recently, we interviewed Lee Jun Young, Song Ha Yoon and Yoon Bomi to find out their take on dating, relationships and their thoughts on AI influencing their love lives.

"I think I'd like to stop seeing the person if we don't share the same values. The moment that makes my heart flutter, is when I see that person focusing on her work and putting in all of her efforts. That sense of responsibility really attracts me. " — Lee Jun Young

"I would find it difficult for me to continue if the person I’m dating makes me feel insecure.

My heart will probably flutter when seeing someone’s bright and prudent sides. It will also flutter for someone who is reliable and trustworthy." — Song Ha Yoon

In the show, AI can tell you whether someone is a good match for you. Are you the kind who lets the computer or even horoscopes influence your feelings?

"No, I am not. Just like Guk Hee, I prefer to rely on my own life experiences instead of those that I gain from social media." — Lee Jun Young

"I would do it for fun, but will probably not get influenced by it.

I am someone who prefers to start off a relationship through the consideration and empathy for each other, and also the conversations we share." — Song Ha Yoon

"I don’t really get influenced by such things, but I am the kind who keeps in mind the positive things (from the readings) and believes in them." — Yoon Bomi

If a friend said the person you're seeing is no good for you, are you the kind who would listen to them or trust the girl/guy whole-heartedly?

"I for sure will trust the person I'm seeing until I personally experience negative points that others are talking about. I think it is too cruel to reject someone you love just because of the words of others." — Lee Jun Young

"Although I might reference what my friend said, I am the kind of person who will trust the person I love whole-heartedly. I think that difficulties can be solved by talking to each other." — Song Ha Yoon

"Rather than listening to the words of an external party, I am the kind who believes in personal experience, therefore I would probably trust the person who I’m seeing whole-heartedly." — Yoon Bomi

Are you the kind who would rather be kept in the dark about the bad qualities/mistakes of the person you like, or be privy to the information even if it can ruin your relationship?

"I am not interested in purposefully finding out about the shortcomings of others as I myself do have my own too. I would rather fix my own shortcomings than pointing out the other person’s shortcomings and mistakes." — Lee Jun Young

"One flaw that all humans have is how we all can make mistakes.

However, someone else’s flaw might only be a flaw in my thoughts, and therefore I feel that it is important to accept and love the way he/she is.  If I do find out about his/her flaws or mistakes, I would like to resolve it together and at the same time, put in the effort to change things with the help of conversations among us." — Song Ha Yoon

"Although it differs from case to case, I would choose to be informed and then be able to end things properly rather than ending up disappointed." — Yoon Bomi

Your character has no social media but in real life, you are active on Instagram. Would you be able to survive a year without social media?

"I too, am not really active on social media. Rather, it is my company that has been encouraging me to be more active, and hence, I think I can still live an interesting life without it." — Lee Jun Young

A lot of the drama projects you've taken on are rom-com. Is that a genre you enjoy, or is there another reason why you take on roles in rom-coms?

"Rather than saying that I have a preference for rom-com, most of the time the reason why I select a project is because the story and characters are attractive. I usually do really enjoy watching rom-com and I like the genre because it is a heartwarming one." — Yoon Bomi
