Jessica Alba can’t resist desserts as they taste “so good”.
The Hollywood beauty is married to Cash Warren. The pair have two daughters together – three-year-old Honor Marie and Haven Garner, who was born last month.
Jessica is in fabulous shape following the birth, but insists she doesn’t deny herself the odd treat or two.
“I try not to indulge in super-fattening food but I still have desserts as Cash always orders them and they taste so good!” she laughed in an interview with the UK edition of OK! magazine.
“It’s just everything in moderation. I try to be healthy and balanced.”
Jessica was lucky not to gain so much weight during her second pregnancy. The stunning star is relaxed in her approach to losing the extra pounds.
“I didn’t gain too much weight this time so that made a difference and I started working out as my doctor said it was fine,” she explained. “I have definitely not lost the baby weight but it’s coming off slowly but surely. I don’t weigh myself. I just see what clothes fit.” © COVER MEDIA
