Thought the Kardashian’s were the only family in Hollywood? Then think again as we reveal some unlikely celebrity pairings.

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck

If handbag designer Kate Spade ever fancies a change of career into comedy, she can always call her brother-in-law, funny man David Spade.

Sharing more than just a surname, these two ladies share the same intoxicating sense of humour. Bet you didnt know that Melissa and Jenny McCarthy were first cousins, no, neither did we.

She’s our favourite Brit actress and he’s our favourite quirky American star; Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci are brother and sister in law through Tucci’s marriage to Blunt’s sister, Felicity.

It’s not just quirky that runs in this family, it’s unbelievable talent too. Meet Hollywood power cousins actor Nicholas Cage, famed director Sofia Coppola and quirky actor Jason Schwartzman.

One’s known for keeping women up with his wild man ways and the other for keeping them entertained in the mornings: legendary TV personality Al Roker and legendary ladies man and musician Lenny Kravitz are cousins on their maternal side.

One is partial to a power ballad and the other to rapping; we cant see cousins Snoop Lion and Brandy collaborating anytime soon.

Now here is one family pairing we really would never have guessed. Former Democrat Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and actress and humanitarian Angelina Jolie are actually ninth cousins twice removed.

Well, he couldn’t let his fiancee be the only one with a famous cousin could he? Brad Pitt is the ninth cousin of US President Barack Obama. Take that Angelina.

They’re both blonde, they’re both exhibitionists – thats where the family resemblances end for us we have to say. Ellen DeGeneres and Madonna are eleventh cousins apparantely.

Ah, this one we really like. When besties Matt Damon and Ben Affleck say theyr’e so close they’re like family they’re actually telling the truth; they’re tenth cousins.
