3 reasons why these Prince George photos will cheer you up

In the latest in cute baby news, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have just released a blitz of three images of the currently 16-month-old Prince George for the festive season.

Released on December 14, 2014 by Clarence House on Twitter, the pictures feature the adorable young prince posing on the steps of Kensington Palace in a twee Cath Kidston vest with marching guardsmen on it, together with a Peter Pan collared top and matching shoes and socks.

1. The doe-eyed look

Wide-eyed and curious, as seen above; the picture-perfect moment all mums and mums-to-be want to have.

2. Chubby cheeks that you want to pinch

In line with all the heart-meltingly cute baby snaps, the young Prince too exhibits very pinchable cheeks.
