Come Dec 25, Goodwood Park Hotel will be having a Christmas Day Mega Brunch Buffet running across its three dining areas, L’Espresso, Gordon Grill & Coffee Lounge.

Because it’s a brunch affair, there’ll be brunch staples on the menu, from sausages to bacon and eggs, alongside chilled seafood on ice such as Chardonnay poached tiger prawns and snow crab legs. Over at the carving station, help yourself to Roasted Traditional Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Jam & Giblet Gravy, as well as Salt Baked U.S Prime Beef Rib Eye with Natural Jus, Manuka Honey Glazed Gammon Ham with Vanilla Pineapple Jam. Inventive turkey creations include the Turkey Laksa and Turkey Roti John. For Asian flavours, eat your way through Thai and local delights, as well as Taiwan Porridge dishes.

There’s also an impressive array of Yuletide-themed sweets for that sweet tooth, from log cakes to stollen, pecan tarts, minced pies and a chocolate fountain.

For the month of December, the hotel also has other festive dine-in offerings, including the Festive English Afternoon Tea Buffet at L’Espresso, and the Taiwan Porridge A La Carte Buffet at Coffee Lounge.

Estate is heralding in the festive season with a month-long spread.

For dinner on Fridays and Saturday, seafood lovers are in for a sumptuous treat with a wide selection of oceanic treasures alongside a free flow of red and white wines. Swing by on Sundays for the weekly Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch, with festive specials like the Porchetta with Gremolata and Pine Nut Stuffing and Whole Wagyu Prime Rib.

On the eve of and Christmas Day, the indulgent feasting is taken up a notch — fresh seafood ranging from Maine lobsters to king snow crabs and Alaska crab legs will be laid out, as well as charcuterie, a Raclette station, and a whopping 32 types of artisanal European cheeses. There’ll also be festive meat carvings like the Classic Beef Wellington and Whole Roasted Turkey, and various Asian delights like Mud Crab with Sarawak White Pepper and Traditional Shanghai-style Smoked Fish with Furikake.

Santa Claus will make an appearance around Estate on Dec 24 during lunch and on Dec 25 over dinner. And from Nov 29 to Dec 31, you’ll get to pen your letters to Santa on bauble-shaped cards at the Santa’s Post Office that will be set up on level five.
