If cat memes and all things feline make your day, this is one exhibition that you shouldn’t miss. The Cats of the World photo exhibition returns from August 1 to 29 at the Arts House this year.
See cats of all shapes and sizes, lovingly photographed by cat lovers in Singapore, Italy, Japan and beyond. These snaps will also go on sale as postcards, bookmarks and more merchandise at the exhibition, with all proceeds to be donated to the Cat Welfare Society in Singapore.
A tip: Pick a Saturday for your visit to this cat exhibition, so that you won’t miss out on the weekly Purrzar market.

Taking place on August 3, 10 and 17, 2013, the cat-themed flea market will retail all sorts of kitty-shaped stationery and other paraphernalia, as well as pet collars and toys for your furry feline friends.
As Cats of the World co-founders Carlyn Law and Noelle Tan say: “Photographing cats is an art that requires patience and luck, hence this exhibition showcases the fun and often spontaneous works of photography enthusiasts and cat lovers.”
It’s a place to indulge your love for cats; you’ll be joining throngs of fellow feline fans too.
