BTS blind boxes are coming to McDonald’s Singapore – will you get yours on Sept 25?

Fans of popular South Korean band BTS can soon get their hands on mini-collectibles of their favourite members, with McDonald’s offering these limited-edition figurines with Happy Meal purchases from late September to early November.

The toys are known as TinyTan, with a total of 14 toys across two sets up for grabs in blind boxes.

In the first set, known as the Throwback Edition, the seven BTS members – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook – are dressed in classic outfits, and will be available from Sept 25 to Oct 15.

The second set, known as the Encore Edition, features the members dressed in outfits inspired by McDonald’s and will be available from Oct 16 to Nov 12.

Limited Edition Happy Meal boxes will also be available. Each box comes with a QR code that will lead fans to the TinyTan Digital Play experience.

This marks the first time that McDonald’s is including two different sets of toys in its Happy Meals for the same promotional campaign.

The TinyTan collectibles will be rolled out in more than 60 countries – customers in the United States have been able to get these collectibles with the Happy Meals since Sept 3.
