“What really inspires me, and other women and people, is knowing that change is possible,” shares Halle Berry.

She’s certainly not the only celebrity to think so. Berry, Blake Lively, Katy Perry, Olivia Wilde, Freida Pinto, Li Bing Bing and more stars have joined Gucci’s “Chime for Change” — a campaign for women’s empowerment and supporting their rights to justice, education and health.

In a video published yesterday, these celebrities pledged their support for the Gucci-led charitable initiative, sharing how the path to change starts with the right attitude.

And positive affirmation counts too, even from a young age apparently.

Chime for Change co-founder Beyoncé Knowles-Carter says she makes it a daily habit to tell her one-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy everyday: “‘You know you can be President. You know it’s possible.’”

The Chime for Change campaign will be holding a benefit concert on June 1, in London, with acts including Ellie Goulding, Haim, Florence + the Machine, Rita Ora performing live at the event. Tickets are already on sale, with all proceeds going to charitable women’s rights campaigns.

Besides donating to a good cause, it helps to share inspiring words of support too. As Twitter-loving star Katy Perry would know, netizens can aid a good cause by speaking up for women’s rights and spreading the word on Chime for Change.
