OATMEAL BLUEBERRIES WHOLEMEAL BREAD 

300ml water
25ml sunflower oil
25g milk powder
23g honey
9g salt
150g bread flour
250g all purpose flour
50g wholemeal flour
6.75g dry yeast
40 rolled oats
45g blueberries
30g walnuts

CHIA SEED AND FLAXSEED RYE BREAD

280ml water
10ml sunflower oil
6g milk powder
4g sugar
9g salt
200g bread flour
136g rye flour
6g yeast
30g chia seeds
15g flaxseeds

Chef’s note: Use the wholemeal bread programme on your bread maker, and follow the manual’s instructions on when to add the additional seeds and berries. The breads are developed using the Philips Bread Maker, so you might need to tweak them for your bread maker.
