It’s difficult to take time out of our hectic lifestyles to calm our minds and get in touch with nature. We lose ourselves in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and end up stressed out and exhausted.
Fortunately, Pure Yoga recognises the importance of connecting with our inner self, and has launched its first ever outdoor yoga class in the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
Set amidst a tranquil and serene environment, the class will feature a mixed-level practice of vinyasa, hatha, meditation and group chanting to open your heart and your soul.
Led by Gregory Kaps, the class is open to all Pure Yoga members at no extra charge, as well as members of the public at $20.
Do register early though, as this class is limited to 25 participants on a first-come-first-served basis.
Asanas in nature with Gregory Kaps will be held on Saturday, August 6, from 8 – 10am at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Swan Lake.
Advanced booking commences on August 1. For more information, visit www.pure-yoga.com, or call 6304 2268 / 6733 8863. Participants are advised to bring their own mats.
