What Women Want 2025: Take part in our survey on how age and ageism has impacted your life

In a city that never seems to slow down, what does it mean to be a woman in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond in Singapore? We’d like to find out more about your perspectives on age and ageism.

Your answers then shape our work and help us build a picture of what modern womanhood looks like. We dove into women’s health in 2022, financial literacy in 2023 and the evolving workplace in 2024.

This year, we’re focusing on the topics of age, ageing and ageism. Whether you’re a young adult starting your first job, or navigating the challenges of added responsibilities as you’ve grown older, we want to hear from you so we can continue shining the spotlight on identity, value and the ways women continue to stretch, bloom and evolve with time.

We are delving into five deeply personal themes:

• Social and interpersonal matters: The shifting weight of relationships, caregiving, and community
• Health and wellness: From anxiety to menopause, and everything your body holds
• Beauty: The tension between embracing change and resisting it
• Workplace and career: How age shapes opportunity, confidence, and inclusion
• Future-proofing: The tough questions about money, security, and being cared for when no one’s looking

Drawing from your input via the survey results, we will curate a collection of valuable content designed to support you as you navigate the years ahead.

The results of the survey will be published in our print magazine, online, and on our social platforms.
