Are you content with your current salary? Would you consider a lower income for improved work-life balance? How about your mental health and well-being at work – have you faced burnout or workplace-related anxiety? Do you believe your company’s mental wellness benefits meet your needs?

We’d like to find out more about your perspectives on the future of work, the workforce, and the workplace with our annual What Women Want survey.

Conducted every year, Her World’s What Women Want survey is a nation-wide questionnaire to gain an in-depth perspective on the needs and hot-button issues that concern the modern career woman in Singapore. The theme for the survey varies each year – in 2022, we focused on health, and in 2023, we looked at money and financial literacy. With the survey results, we consulted professionals and industry experts to address pressing concerns and questions.

This year, we’re placing the focus on career. We want to know more about your thoughts on your salary compensation and perks; whether you have a good work-life balance; your job and career goals; as well as your experiences with leadership, culture and self-confidence in the workplace.

Similarly this year, drawing from your input via the survey results, we will curate a collection of valuable content designed to assist and guide you on your career journey.

The results of the survey will be published in our print magazine, online, and on our social platforms.

To thank you for your time, we’re offering 3 lucky winners a 2D1N stay at the new Conrad Singapore Orchard. Take part in the survey to enter the lucky draw, and remember to fill in your details so we can reach you.

Her World’s What Women Want 2024 survey closes on 7 April 2024. Winners will be notified directly.
