AI-powered apps to help you manage your finances
We ask three women to share the AI-powered apps that have helped them with their finances

You know what they say: Your budget tracking app is only worth it if you use it. Raise your hand if you've ever downloaded a finance app, only to see it hogging space on your phone. Yet, those who stay committed swear by the effectiveness and efficiency of these platforms. We hear from three women about the three AI-powered apps that have helped them track and manage their spending, savings and investments.
Cleo
“I use this AI-powered savings app to track my expenses and have better control over my money. It’s an interactive financial chatbot that improves my awareness of what I’m spending my money on, tells me how much I need to save for a particular goal, and lets me know when I’ve gone off-track. What I like most about Cleo is its Autosave feature – it basically works out how much I need to save for something, then puts the money aside for me until my goal’s been reached. I used to stress out over my finances, but I don’t so much anymore.” – Alison Wee, 35, business manager
Wally
“I started using Wally because I was pretty disorganised when it came to my finances – particularly with regards to my bills and debts. For instance, I was constantly late in paying my credit card balances, and needed a simpler way to manage them. The app syncs all my bank accounts so I have all my financial information in one place. I now have oversight of my various credit accounts.” – Amanda Tan, 33, designer
Dobin
“I was first drawn to Dobin when I learnt that it gives users personalised offers – like discount coupons – from their favourite brands. As a serious bargain hunter, I like the fact that I can get special deals and not pay full price at my regular retail haunts. Besides that, the app gives me an overview of my expenses, and helps me see where I might be overspending, so I can cut back if need be.” – June Lee, 35, graduate student
