Up till the start of 2020, the work-from-home concept was foreign to many of us. We were all used to commuting to a physical office that’s not in our house, spending some hours there, and then coming home.
But because of the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us have been forced to adapt to this new remote office concept and because the transition was so rushed, many are facing struggles working from home they have yet to find the solution to.
We talked to Stephanie Lee who works at Buffer, a fully remote team since 2015. She is the Team Experience Manager and Operations Manager, and has over 4 years of experience working remotely. We asked about the struggles people face when working from home and had her share her experience with us.
