Ce La Vi, Singapore’s leading rooftop dining destination, is back with a refreshed menu that will tickle your tastebuds. Here, the Asian forward menu created by Chef Maksym Chukanov and his team is mostly influenced by his travels and journey in Asia. Some notable dishes that we’ve tried include the Japanese Amela Tomato, which has been lab made and has the highest grade of sweet tomatoes; Kinmedai, an umami fillet enveloped in signature laksa sauce and pickled ginger flower; and a vegan, dairy-free and nut-free Ravioli that’s made with wanton skin and pumpkin filling. Of course, to pair your meal, we highly recommend that you try their new cocktail menu which consists of drinks like the Paradise Elixir, a refreshing blend that’s made with fresh summer fruits; Trinity’s Kiss, a bold yet sophisticated drink that features a luscious, bitter, rich and smooth finish; and our personal favourite, the Dewfinity, which is Ce La Vi’s own take on your classic Pina Colada – the perfect drink to quench your thirst on a hot summer’s day.
