With over 30 thrilling carnival rides and games for you to play to your heart’s content, you’ll also find an enchanting Cherry Blossom Garden with fairy lights along with illuminated inflatables to usher in the Year of the Rabbit.
For those who have yet to check out Ice Magic, then you’re in luck because the pop-up will be extended till 29 January! As part of the experience, guests can have a go on the 4.5m high figure-8 Ice Slide or try their hands at skiing and snowboarding.

Happening from 21 January to 5 February 2023, Mandai Wildlife Reserve will be celebrating the Lunar New Year at the Buddy Barn in Singapore Zoo’s Rainforest KidzWorld. Immerse yourself in an interactive session with the adorable bunnies of which you’ll get to see them enjoy a “lo-hay” platter prepared by their care team. While you’re there, be sure to swing by River Wonders’ Once Upon a River to check out the Capybaras, as well as the boisterous Sea Lion, Coatimundi and everyone’s favourite canines from Splash Safari, Rainforest Fights Back, and Animal Friends.

Universal Studios Singapore is having its park-wide Festive Meet and Greets from 13 January to 5 February. As part of the festivities, you’ll find a whole host of characters in their Lunar New Year best including DreamWorks Animation’s Po and Tigress from Kung Fu Panda, DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek, Princess Fiona, Puss and Kitty, as well as Alex, King Julian and Gloria from Madagascar, Sesame Street’s Elmo, Cookie Monster, Grover, Oscar and Abby.
On selected weekend nights, guests can also join in the fun with Elmo, Oscar, Abby and Cookie Monster at the New York Public Library, as they toss to good health and prosperity at the Stay and Lo Hei with The Stars event.
The Chinese New Year activities are included with regular admission to Universal Studios Singapore.

After a three-year hiatus, S.E.A. Aquarium is ringing in the festive season with its one-of-a-kind underwater dragon dance that will be happening at the Open Ocean Habitat within the aquarium itself. Happening daily from now till 5 February at 3.30pm daily, the underwater dragon dance will be performed by their very own divers. Aside from that, guests will also have the opportunity to learn more about the eight auspicious animals such as the foxface rabbitfish and learn about their unique traits along the Trail of Fortune.
