It’s officially the final month of the year! And while most of us are still recovering from the Black Friday madness, rest assured, you can definitely expect more to come this weekend. Yes, you read that right. Starting today, you can look forward to events like the highly anticipated Culture Cartel convention held at *SCAPE, which will see the amalgamation of brands, creative talents, designers and personalities from across six pillars of art, fashion, music, tattoos, toys and NFT – who will showcase their latest and best work, merchandise, services, and performances.
Aside from that, the popular French-Japanese restaurant, Cafe Kitsune will also be opening its doors at the Capitol, where you can try its famous pastries and specialty coffee, and shop from its well-loved clothing collection.
Alternatively, for those who are looking to kickstart the festivities early, be sure to swing by Gardens by the Bay to check out Singapore’s biggest yuletide event, Christmas Wonderland. This year, the event is back and it’s bigger (and better) than before, with six different festive zones with more attractions that will delight visitors of all ages.

Asia’s all-inclusive street culture convention is back this year after a one-year hiatus! Happening from 1 till 4 December, the event will take place at *SCAPE Singapore, and will see local and international talents, who will be showcasing their latest and best work and merchandise. Occupying 63,420 sq ft of space across three floors, the event is four times larger than the last venue, which was previously held at the F1 Pit Building, and is set to be the biggest street culture event of the year in Singapore.
At the event, you can look forward to getting tattoos from your favourite local and regional artists; shop from popular local and international streetwear brands; attend in-person talks, panel discussions and masterclasses with brand leaders; and of course, catch live music performances over the next four days. Sneakerheads can also look forward to raffle draws of limited-edition bundles and drops too, but we recommend that you cop your tickets early to avoid the snaking queues.

Calling all fashionistas and cafe-hoppers. The French-Japanese Cafe Kitsune chain has finally made its debut at Capitol Singapore. After months of waiting, the cafe chain has opened its doors here on our little red dot! Located on the ground floor of the building, the 26-seater cafe offers a cosy respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, of which patrons can look forward to freshly baked pastries and specialty coffee made with coffee beans from Okayama, Japan. While there is a wide array of treats to choose from such as the Paris Brest, Strawberry Shortcake, and Yuzu Pistachio Strawberry Entremet, Cafe Kitsune has also launched a Singapore-exclusive tart that will tantalise your tastebuds. The Chocolate Chilli tart, inspired by our love for all things spicy, is made with a rich blend of dark chocolate, topped with flakes of dried chilli – giving it that extra kick.
Aside from that, the cafe also boasts a beautiful interior that’s perfect for the ‘Gram. From the tiles of the floor, to the chairs, as well as the plants – everything has been specially designed to exude a chic and warm vibe.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! This year, Singapore’s biggest yuletide event is back at Gardens by the Bay and it’s bigger and better than ever. The event, which will be happening for a month, will see new light displays that will take place throughout the night, a meet and greet with Santa Claus, and stalls, where you can find some gift-worthy items that you can get for your loved ones this Christmas. On top of that, there will also be other fun activities for your whole family to enjoy such as the carnival games and you can also bring your little ones on the double-storey carousel or experience ‘snow’ in the tropics.

Just because we’re in Singapore doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some fun in the snow. This year, Ice Magic – The Great Fantasy on Ice is giving you the opportunity to relish in the cold winter season. Open to guests from 1 December 2022 to 1 January 2023, the event is set to be the biggest pop-up winter-themed attraction to ever set foot in Singapore, bringing real ice and snow activities to Singaporeans longing for a winter holiday. Here, the indoor tentage will be divided into the Snow and Ice sections, of which you can experience building a snowman, making snow angels, and even bouncing off “snow clouds’, all while experiencing daily snowfalls of fresh snow at the Snow section. As for the latter, guests will be treated to a variety of ice-cold beers and bespoke ice-themed cocktails from the Ice Bar or opt for some hot chocolate and desserts from the pop-up cafe to keep themselves toasty at the event.
