This festive season, Gucci Beauty will be launching its Holiday collection and exclusive gift sets at the Gucci Beauty Holiday pop-up located outside ION Orchard. Happening from now till 2nd January 2023, the pop-up makes for a great pit stop if you’re looking to get your hands on the House’s highly anticipated limited-edition collection that includes the Gucci Rouge à Lèvres Lunaison and Gucci Cushion De Beauté.

Tucked away on the first floor of Intercontinental Singapore lies a new watering hole for the thirsty traveller. Fashioned as a globe-trotting lounge, Quaich Bar Wanderlust features a travel-inspired theme menu that consists of 19 new cocktails that are centred around familiar flavours of its inspired country. Aside from its impressive cocktail programme, the casual cocktail lounge also prides itself on its extensive collection of whiskies. With over 100 whiskies for you to choose from, here, you’ll even find house exclusives like Bunnahabhain 12 years (Scotland) and Three Ships 10 years (South Africa).

Looking for a place to get your authentic Thai food fix this weekend? Consider Sarai – a Thai fine-dining restaurant located at Tanglin Mall that has just introduced a refreshed menu curated by Chef Lisa. Drawing inspiration from the authentic flavours of classic Thai cuisine well-loved by Thailand’s royal family, the new menu sees dishes like the Plaa Heng Tang Mo, a sweet-savoury medley of fresh watermelon, toasted coconut and smoked fish with roasted peanuts; Mieng Mak and Puu Sorn Glin, crab meat with pickled garlic on a puffed rice cracker; and Gaeng Raweng Nuea – tender wagyu beef short ribs simmered in thick Thai green curry and white turmeric. But if we had to pick a favourite from the menu, it would most likely be the Sip Gaeng Jued Pad Yang – a warm and comforting bowl of soup that’s infused with roasted duck, tender young coconut and topped with fresh Thai basil – the perfect dish to enjoy on a rainy day.
