As for the mains, you can choose from East Coast Commune’s mouthwatering spread. Indulge in some Turkey Roulade, topped with bacon, ‘chicken rice’ couscous, brussels sprouts, and salted cranberry, or sink your teeth in their Wagyu Striploin, served with roasted leeks, green peppercorn sauce, pomme puree, and portobello. Aside from that, you’ll also find other delectable courses like the Crispy Snapper or Crab Dashi Cream Linguine.
The set menu also comes complete with desserts like the Christmas Spiced Pear Cake and Granny’s Apple Tart.
Those in search of an intimate meal with their loved ones this Christmas will love what Vin Geek has in store for them this festive season. Happening on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day, guests can look forward to an exclusive 3-Course Dinner or Lunch Menu where you’ll find savoury Italian dishes, paired with the Vin Geek’s other wines on rotation. The hearty feast will start with mouthewatering starters like the Classic Burrata, Jamon Croquettes filled with ham and creamy bechamel, and Luke’s signature Crab Claws served seared on cauliflower puree, with crunchy endive and dill that are sure to whip up your appetite. Contemporary Italian restaurant Gary’s offers a lavish seven-course Christmas Dinner menu set amidst a romantic two-storey black and white heritage bungalow, exclusively on Dec 24 and 25, 2022.
It kickstarts with Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, and coned escargot, then follows with an Alaskan king crab pasta, baked cod fish, and the lavish, well-marbled Arita Wagyu.
There’s Christmas brunch, too. Think fresh Japanese oysters, creamy burrata with parma ham, and truffle omelette or scrambled egg. Don’t miss out on the pasta, be it Gary’s signature seafood pasta, or the two-hours braised wagyu beef cheek pasta. You’ll also have the option of either the herb-marinated pork tomahawk, or the MBS 7 Striploin.
For a restaurant with a convivial and casual atmosphere suited for all members of the family, take a trip down to Reddot Brewhouse to indulge in a traditional Christmas feast. Plus, soak in the cosy atmosphere with its space turned into a merry wonderland.
Its festive menu consists of the Twelve Days of Christmas – Appetizer Platter ($68++), a sharing tray with twelve types of starters including gazpacho, Manchego cheese, ham croquettes and more. Happy Turkey ($18++) sees a stuffed turkey breast roulade with sweet potato mash and asparagus. To top it all off, the Sweet Christmas dessert ($18) ends the meal on a delightfully sweet note with white chocolate mousse on raspberry jelly.
Of course, no meal is complete without a drink. Enjoy either freshly brewed Christmas ale or The Blue Christma, a cocktail that marries the flavours of pineapple, coconut and egg white mixed with gin and blue curacao.
For an elegant get-together, make a reservation for Tablescape, which is doling out a three-course festive set lunch ($48++), and a six-course degustation dinner ($108++ per person).

On 24 and 25 December, Thirty Six Brewlab and Smokehouse will be presenting a festive 4-course menu boasting a selection of seasonal favourites with a local twist. Developed by Executive Chef XR and his team, this hearty feast will see the inclusion of an amuse bouche of Prawn Cocktail, Beetroot Caviar or Wild Mushroom Bruschetta, as well as starters like Hamachi Tartare, served with sour cream, chive and caviar; Foie Gras Duck Terrine, with dark rye bread cracker, fig jam and herb salad; Jamon Iberico Bellota with sweet rockmelon and micro cress; and Heirloom Cherry Tomato Salad, with mini mozzarella, balsamic caviar, green oil, olive crumble and tomato foam.
Moving on to the mains, the restaurant will be serving up a mouthwatering array of dishes that are cooked to perfection such as the Traditional New Zealand Ribeye, Slow Roasted Turkey Breast or Gammon Ham. For those who prefer something with a more contemporary twist, you might want to consider the Crispy Rolled Pork Belly, Slow Roast Leg of Lamb, Norwegian Salmon or Nut Roast.
Of course, no meal is complete without a sweet treat. And if you’re one who has a sweet tooth, then you’ll dig the desserts that Thirty Six Brewlab and Smokehouse will be serving on the day itself. Some of these desserts include the Christmas Fruitcake with Chocolate, made with love using premium cognac, mixed dried fruits, nuts and homemade cognac sauce; Black Forest Cake served with chocolate mousse and wild fresh berries, as well as the exclusive 36 Beer A Misu, served with wild fresh berries.
If an indulgent feast is what you’re looking for, then The Capitol Kempinski Hotel’s curated festive set menus will be right up your alley. For the whole of December, except for Christmas day itself, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung will be offering two different set menus: three-course and four-course, for both lunch and dinner to ring in the Yuletide spirit.
First and foremost, the lunch set will see a delectable spread that includes dishes such as a Torched Sword Fish, the Japanese Crab ‘Sawagani’ immersed in Thai curry, and a Wagyu Beef Cheek, before ending your meal with a Rosella Mousse Tart, that’s garnished with a hawthorn coulis and wheat streusel and topped with lemongrass ice cream.
If you’re going to have dinner with your friends, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung will also be serving up decadent communal dining sets for you and your loved ones to share. Tuck into dishes like the Canadian Lobster, and a festive classic of Smoked Turkey Breast. The stars of the show, of course, are the Wild Caught Fish Plate, Premium Meat Cuts like Japanese A4 wagyu beef sirloin, lamb tenderloin and six-spice Iberico pork cheek. The meal also ends on a sweet note with the Banana Parfait that’s layered with dark rum jelly, coconut malto, gula jawa crisp and roasted tea ice cream.
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day itself, guests will be treated to the classics, of which they can expect to enjoy over 20 stations packed with all the trimmings, fresh seafood, carvery, dessert and much more.

Cafe will be serving up some traditional favourites as well as some creative, Christmas twists on the classics. A stellar favourite that’s not to be missed from the festive menu, however, is the Christmas Sticky Date Pudding. Putting a festive twist on one of PS. Cafe’s iconic desserts, the dish features decadent rum and brandy-soaked festive fruits set within its rich sponge. Kick off your Christmas meal with dining delights such as the Irish Premium Oyster, which features the robust flavour of Nomad kaluga hybrid caviar intertwined with tangy ponzu, or Zucchini Flower, a dish well complemented by rich and fiery yuzu kosho and refreshing green apple. The menu, available only on 24 and 25 December, will also see savoury favourites such as the Truffle & Maitake Chawanmushi and the signature A4 Miyzaki Wagyu Striploin. Bask in the splendour of Christmas at Anti:dote. From 24 December to 1 January, Anti:dote will be serving up a scrumptious spread of lunch and dinner festive set menus that are perfect for both the palate and the occasion.
Here, you can choose from a two or three-course menu that will consist of dishes like the Smoked Hamachi Ceviche paired with compressed jicama, pickled radish, lemon confit, and yuzu ponzu, followed by a 68°C Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin with parsnip purée, kale, sugar pea and a red wine sauce. To end your meal, dig into Anti:dote’s Panettone Pudding with bourbon pear confit and vanilla ice cream.
The dinner set menu will also offer a similar festive feast, but it will be accompanied by some fresh Sourdough Bread along with some truffle butter and Salish Salt to start your evening.
