The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore has just launched its new Classic Afternoon Tea: Botanical set which boasts a wide array of botanical-inspired creations crafted with herbs and florals. Indulge in a savoury bite of smoked salmon sandwich with rose jam, or opt for a sweeter option such as the Hojicha craquelin choux or the Instagrammable Vanilla genoise, mousse de shiso and lychee coulis, adorned with a four-leaf clover.
Not to mention, if you’re dining here this weekend, you’ll be glad to know that mothers will receive a complimentary cocktail when you order the afternoon tea set during the Mother’s Day weekend.

This Mother’s Day, impress your mum with an indulgent meal at TWG with dishes like the succulently pan-roasted stone bass fillet, accompanied by a golden Korean brown rice pancake and wilted Malabar spinach served with sea urchin beurre blanc sauce and red onion pickled in Earl Grey d’Amour.

Head to Scotts at Grand Hyatt Singapore with an empty stomach. Its sumptuous four-course afternoon tea starts with a platter of sustainable seafood on a high-tea stand, together with items like croque monsieur and New England clam chowder.
For the main course, there’s a choice of Poached Sustainable Barramundi with organic vegetable escabeche or Roasted Roaring Forties Lamb Saddle served with Ratatouille Vegetables. If you’re up for an afternoon tipple, go for the trio of locally-inspired craft cocktails. There’s the aromatic Kopi-O, Pandan Kueh, and a floral and citrusy gin-based Kampong Fizz.
