To celebrate Father’s Day, some of us may have chosen to splurge on an expensive gift for our dads.
After all, it is a day specially dedicated to some of the most important men in our lives, so what better way to show our affection for them than on Father’s Day, amiright?
But posh presents aren’t the only way of declaring your love for dad. The celebs in the following gallery slides have chosen a more subtle way of professing their adulation through social media (where else, right).
And nope, these pics didn’t even cost a single cent!
Expect tons of touching messages and super sweet selfies in this Father’s Day special gallery – and if you’re a dad reading this, happy belated Father’s Day to you too!
Yvonne Lim may have retreated from the limelight in recent years to focus on her family and to take care of her two kids (AJ and Alexa), but the beautiful mummy regularly updates her Instagram feed to share her life with her followers.
And on Father’s Day, her fans were treated to an adorable shot of the family dressed in matching red and white outfits.

Some dads are super strict when it comes to parenthood while others, not so much. Brian Wong, hubby of actress Jacelyn Tay, belongs to the latter.
As Jacelyn rightfully pointed out in her Instagram caption, “it takes a big heart to be willing to put aside that man’s ego to be a friend with the little man, to let the little one make his own choices but at the same time guiding him with patience.”
Now that’s one perfect example of how all good daddies should be.

Fans of local television queen Zoe Tay will know that she’s notoriously private about her personal life.
She seldom shares photos of her family on her social media but on Father’s Day weekend, the veteran actress made a rare exception by posting a discreetly shot portrait of her family.
Accompanying it was a heartfelt message that read: “To my sons’ dad, thank you and I wish that you’ll enjoy an abundance of happiness every day.”

Ex-actor Edmund Chen is a great dad to his children because he pampers them – together with actress wife Xiang Yun, of course – with frequent family vacations.
How do we know? By stalking his family, naturally. His son Chen Yi Xi’s Instagram caption read: “Always putting us first, sharing with us every bit of what you love in life, being our sunshine and showing us these breath-taking moments.”
