Malaysian actress Nora Danish kicked off her celebrations by sharing a sweet photo on her Instagram. In it, she was resting her head on her hubby, Nedim Nazri’s shoulder (seriously, #CoupleGoals).
The loving duo, which held a private wedding earlier this year in March, spent their first raya by visiting their family throughout the weekend. How did we know?
Through her regular Instagram updates of course!

Tailored suits, floral shirts and heck, even workout clothes, there’s almost nothing that doesn’t look good on Malaysian actor, model and host Azrel Ismail.
This is all thanks to his chiselled features and the five o’clock shadow, making him extra manly in whatever he chooses to wear.
But the most distracting thing about this photo isn’t his charming smile (strange, we know!) but it’s the special green envelopes that he’s holding on to.
Zoom in to have a closer look and you’ll notice that yes, it’s a portrait of Azrel himself.
Now that’s one definitely one green packet we’ll keep close to our hearts (if we ever get our hands on one!)

When it comes to Malaysia’s modelling world, Tinie is a familiar name. The model has worked for numerous international luxury labels such as Prada, Fendi and Calvin Klein.
Closer to home, she’d also catwalked at last year’s Singapore Fashion Week for designers including Guo Pei and Lisa Von Tang.
For her Hari Raya celebration, the stylish model had decided to put aside the usual accessories and opted for traditional henna tattoo to heighten the festive mood.

Mention Singapore footballer and chances are, the name Fandi Ahmad comes to mind immediately.
Arguably Singapore’s most famous footballer, Fandi and his family coordinated their outfits by choosing a dreamy cyan-and-white colour combination for their Hari Raya visiting.
Come to think about it, don’t the photos remind you of David and Victoria Beckham’s family?

While other celebrities were decked out in bright colours and fanciful designs, Singaporean singer Taufik Batisah and his wife Sheena Akbal turned to black colour for matching their outfits.
That’s a smart choice because we can totally see the duo reusing this versatile look for their everyday wardrobe.
Taufik’s black shirt and pants were starkly juxtaposed with his traffic-stopping lime green sarong — a subtle and simple way to stand out from the crowd.

Hunky Singaporean actor Aaron Aziz shared several group photos of he and his wife and kids over the Hari Raya weekend.
While the lady and girls in the family donned floral embroidered grey dresses, Aaron and his son reached for matching bajus in sky blue.
Their best accessory to match the looks? Their smiles of course!

Doesn’t this family photo look so professional? Just look at Norfasarie Baihakki’s family members posing like pros. But we’re pretty sure the centre of attention is none other than Norfasarie, the wife to veteran defender Baihakki Kaizan.
Here, she was spotted wearing a powder pink number to which she’d paired it with a decorative brooch in front of her chest to punctuate her regal look. All hail the stylish queen!

This Hari Raya must have been a very special one for Malaysian sports programmes TV host Fahrin Ahmad and wife Elena Hani.
That’s because the couple, which wedded in 2015, welcomed their first child late last year so this is the first time they’re celebrating the festive occasion with a new family member.
Judging from their wide smiles, Fahrin and his family must have had an enjoyable Hari Raya celebration.

Youtube comedian and funny woman Munah Bagharib had teamed up once again with her ‘partner-in-crime’ Hirzi Zulkiflie for a hilarious rapping clip in lieu of the festive period.
The 3-minute music video, which explained the common and funny moments of Hari Raya day one, saw Munah playing the role of a nagging makcik.
If you’ve enjoyed watching the funny duo’s videos so far, this latest one will not disappoint.

Hirzi Zulkiflie, the other half of MunahHirziOfficial Youtube channel, also shared the same rap video that he did with Munah on his Instagram to celebrate Hari Raya. He also recently announced that this latest Hari Raya In The City video would be his last.
According to an earlier Instagram post, Hirzi wrote that the “channel’s time is up” and “this is the final one!”
And judging from the comments, a lot of their fans were sad to hear about the wrapping up of the hilarious Youtube channel. We would be too.

With more than 2.1 million Instagram followers, Shila Amzah is easily one of the most popular singers in Asia. In fact, the Malaysia star is also widely known in China where she emerged winner in reality singing competition Asian Wave in 2012.
Despite her busy schedule — she’ll kick off her My Journey Tour 2017 in August — Shila had managed to spend some quality time with her family over the Hari Raya weekend.
She even wrote a heartfelt Instagram caption to accompany her family photo, apologising for not being the best daughter, sister and friend.

22-year-old Malaysian actress Mawar Rashid chose a contemporary looking baju for her celebrations this year.
The flared sleeves and trumpet skirt added a touch of modern update to the traditional festive outfit. The accompanying tropical prints also signal that she’s all set for the holiday!

To mark the end of Ramadan, dishy Singaporean actor and former firefighter Hisyam Hamid swapped his spiffy Gunting outfits for a royal green traditional baju kurung and gathered his family (dressed in matching ensembles) to pose for a family portrait before visiting their relatives.

The sweet looking Siti Nurhaliza may be 38 years old this year but age hasn’t left a single trace on her (how unfair!)
The popular singer looked especially alluring in her pink floral baju kurung which she paired with golden accessories. This is definitely one ensemble that’ll hardly go unnoticed during her Hari Raya celebrations.
