2023 continues onward with more new TV shows and movies to watch, as every streaming service continues to go all-guns blazing into the new year.
Here are the new TV shows and movies coming out in February that we’re really looking out for:
After an exhilarating, heart-racing season in 2022, Netflix’s documentary series, Formula 1: Drive To Survive will be making its return this February. Catch some exclusive behind-the-scenes of how the different Formula 1 drivers, managers and team owners live life in the fast lane. This season, you will also get to finally see two-time world champion Max Verstappen in the controversial series.
Formula 1: Drive To Survive (Season 5) will premiere on Netflix on 24 February
You is back with a fourth season! After its finale on October 15th, 2021, our favourite fictional stalker is back and he’s all set to stalk his next victim. This time, Joe Goldberg stars afresh in London as a professor and finds himself entangled with the elite college community. What’s more, he’s still on the hunt for Marienne, who ran away in the previous season finale, after learning that Joe isn’t as nice as he seems.
The fourth season is split into two parts, so if you’re done watching part one, you might have to wait for another month as the second batch of episodes will arrive in March.
You (Season 4 Part 1) will premiere on Netflix on 9 February
If you haven’t started watching Physical: 100 on Netflix, then it’s about time you should. The Korean Netflix reality television series features 100 contestants in peak physical condition from all kinds of backgrounds to see who has what it takes to claim the honour of the best body. Some of the contestants in the show that you may find familiar include Cha Hyun-Seung from Single’s Inferno (Season 1), Singaporean actress Elaine Yuki Wong, and Choo Sung Hoon, an MMA fighter and judo athlete who rose to fame through his appearance on the KBS show “The Return of Superman”.
Physical 100 is now on Netflix
Leading up to the release of his solo album, this documentary on Disney+ follows pop star j-hope from BTS, as he gives his fans a peek into some never-before-seen interviews, a behind-the-scenes look at his solo album preparation process, his 2022 Lollapalooza performance and a glimpse of his album’s listening party.

Cha Moosik runs a casino bar, only to flee to the Philippines due to a crackdown by the National Tax Service. He then launches a full-fledged casino business, and strategises winning over the political and business circles in the Philippines. However, he is suddenly framed as a suspect in Min Seokjun’s death, and is tracked by Oh Seunghoon of the Korean Desk.
Big Bet (Season 2) will premiere on 15 February on Disney+

In this show, Woojoo’s life goes downhill after finding out about her father’s affair with his mistress. However, Woojoo’s unfaithful father dies leaving his mistress in charge of the family home and kicking her out of the house. While she plans her revenge, Woojoo has no clue that she will fall in love with Dongjin, the son of the woman who ruined her life.
Call It Love will premiere on 22 February on Disney+
The Last Of Us was first known as an action-adventure game that was launched in 2013. But after years of waiting, fans are finally getting a live-action adaptation. Available on HBO GO, the show is a post-apocalyptic action/horror drama that takes place twenty years after a species of cordyceps fungus infects humanity, turning those who inhale its toxic spores into animalistic, zombie-like infected. In the show, Joel (played by Pedro Pascal), a hardened survivor, is hired to smuggle Ellie (played by Bella Ramsey), a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone. What starts as a small job soon becomes a brutal and heartbreaking journey as they both must traverse the U.S. and depend on each other for survival.

The Bachelor Indonesia will air its first two episodes via HBO and HBO GO beginning February 10 and will feature Richard Kyle, a 34-year-old accomplished businessman, actor, model, presenter, and social media personality. The wildlife advocate and avid traveller – who has also lived in Australia – has established himself as a household name in Indonesia, and is now ready to move onto the next stage of his life. With hopes of building a family of his own, Richard begins the search for his future life partner from among 19 contestants. In these 10 episodes, Richard will have to narrow the field through a series of group dates, single dates, cocktail parties and rose ceremonies.
