Every so often, we come across a new word, slang or phrase on the internet. The latest acronym that’s caught our eyes is WHIP, a term coined by The Telegraph writer Bibi Lynch.
Bibi, at 51 years young, dates younger guys. In case you’re wondering, it’s not uncommon. Singers and actresses like Mariah Carey and Demi Moore have done it before.
So, what does WHIP stand for? According to Bibi, it means, “women who are Hot, Intelligent and in their Prime.” Simply put: It’s a group of females who’ve reached their career highs, are comfortable with the way they look, know what they want and are unafraid of any age differences when it comes to their dating and married lives.
Speaking of which, we’ve come up with our own edit of female celebrities who are rightfully WHIPs. For those of you single ladies out there who’ve rejected younger guys because of the age gap, give it a go! After all, someone wise once said: “When you really love someone, age, distance, height, weight…are merely numbers.”
