Last week, it was reported that Ariana Grande, 27, had secretly tied the knot to her luxury home realtor Dalton Gomez, 25, after dating since January 2020. And the pop diva has now shared photos of her beautiful home celebration on her Instagram page. Here’s a look, as well as nuggets of her wedding.
The singer finally revealed shots of her stunning minimalist gown yesterday; a strapless silk charmeuse column gown with an open back by fashion and bridal designer Vera Wang. She also wore her locks up in her signature ponytail, adorned with a satin bow and veil — not unlike Audrey Hepburn’s iconic Jo Stockton character in Funny Face.
In fact, according to Vogue, it was a pact between her and Vera Wang during the Met Gala a few years ago that the latter would design her gown.
For the occasion, the groom wore a Tom Ford suit.
To match her engagement ring (which was designed by now-husband Dalton Gomez), the bride went for pearl and diamond earrings from Lorraine Schwartz.
And one’s worn upside-down – a sentimental reflection of the lowest or the “upside down” moments in her life, and how they have led to where and who she is now, according to Vogue.
The wedding was held at Ariana Grande’s home in Montecito, California, with less than 20 close friends and family to witness their vows.
Flowers were suspended from the ceiling, while the dinner tables were covered with lush green centrepieces.
For the eagle-eyed, you might have realised that her arm tattoos have been concealed, including two butterflies on her upper left arm. Although that’s not the case for the tattoos on her back or hands. The singer reportedly has over 50 tattoos.
