The partnership between Uniqlo and Musee du Louvre – first announced last year – has since pulled modern and contemporary artist Yu Nagaba onboard for a new collection set to launch on February 11.
Known for his minimalistic line art, The Louvre x Yu Nagaba Collection features the Japanese artist’s takes on renowned artwork displayed in the Paris museum, including Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and The Astronomer by Johannes Vermeer.

Yagaba’s cheery doodles appear as prints on a range of cotton T-shirts as well as a series of porcelain plates and choko cups – the first time the UT and Musee du Louvre collaboration has expanded into homeware.
The collection will be available in stores and on the Uniqlo website on February 11 – though the homeware items will only be available in selected stores including the Orchard Central flagship, Ion Orchard and VivoCity.
