There’s no shortage of night markets in Singapore. Aside from the Chatuchak Singapore, there’s going to be another night market joining the lineup this weekend — and it’s none other than Artbox Singapore. This year, Artbox is making a comeback after a three-year hiatus and will boast nearly 300 booths serving delectable treats and a variety of artisan crafts hailing from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.
But if night markets are not up your alley and you’re looking for a cute date idea that you can do with your partner, then you might want to consider checking out Sneakertopia over at The ArtScience Museum. Opening its doors on Saturday, the exhibition includes over 100 limited-edition sneakers and 70 murals, installations, designs, and original artworks.

The night market scene has been making quite the buzz in Singapore this year. And one of the latest night markets to launch this month that we have on our radar is none other than Artbox Singapore. Unlike its previous editions, the event will take place indoors over at Singapore Expo Hall 6, over two weekends on Feb 24 to 26 and Mar 3 to 5 from 12pm to 10pm.
In collaboration with SGAG, the event will feature 300 booths where you will get to indulge in delicious treats as well as a variety of artisan crafts from countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore.
During the event itself, guests can also participate in a slew of activities and challenges where they can stand a chance to win attractive prizes or try their hands at making their own work of art at the craft booths.

Sneakerheads, this one’s for you. A dynamic playground where sneakers, street culture, and art intersect, Sneakertopia will be arriving on our shores this weekend at the ArtScience Museum. The larger-than-life exhibition will be making its Asian debut after having made waves at previous stops in Los Angeles and New York. Known as the brainchild of Emmy Award-winning producer Steve Harris and Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur Steve Brown, the two were inspired to share their love for sneakers with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Expect a curated range of limited-edition sneakers, murals, installations, and designs, as well as original artworks from U.S. creatives including McFlyy, Michael Murphy, Mimi Yoon, Tommii Lim, and smoluk. In fact, these works are shown alongside sneaker collections and artworks on loan from the likes of Mandeep Chopra, Founder and CEO of Limited Edt, The Culture Story, and award-winning popstar JJ Lin.
